Originally I only intended to use my programming and design skills to create and then sell sites on eBay, iOffer or SitePoint. However, my latest thinking is that I should always keep some of my own stuff to promote future growth and it also helps promote sites/blogs that I will sell.
After I finish setting this network of blogs up I will do it again and then sell the entire network on eBay or one of the others I mentioned. When you sell niche sites or blogs you can make some money quickly but to provide a steady stream of income you need to keep those assets for yourself, nurture them, and over a period of time they will produce results.
After having used almost every PHP script and site creation tool available I have still not found what I would call the perfect system. So I am currently continuing to educate myself about PHP and I plan to create what I will call a 'Niche CMS System'.
This product will do everything:
- Create a site with extensive affiliate abilities
- Create an attached blog system
- Create an attached forum system
- Completely SEO optimized
Nobody really makes anything complete like that right now. They'll tell you they do but they are completely full of crap. Trust me, I've tried almost all of them.
